Epsilon-Pillar – Architectural Through Pillar Parcel Delivery System
Important Pre-Purchase Notice
We strongly recommend downloading and reviewing the installation instructions prior to purchase. This will allow you to assess suitability for your gate, fence, or wall structure and ensure a smooth installation process.
Designed for modern entrance architecture, the Epsilon-Pillar combines discreet parcel management with clean masonry integration.
Created specifically for deep brick pillars, stone entrance columns and architectural gate structures, this through pillar parcel delivery system transforms unused internal pillar space into a concealed secure parcel collection chamber.
From the outside, only the elegant front plate remains visible — allowing the system to integrate naturally into the surrounding masonry without disrupting the architectural appearance of the entrance itself.
Designed in the UK and manufactured in Europe, Epsilon-Pillar offers a refined alternative to bulky freestanding parcel boxes and visually intrusive external delivery solutions.
Designed Around Modern Entrance Architecture
Unlike traditional parcel boxes, Epsilon-Pillar has been developed to become part of the entrance structure itself.
The majority of the system remains concealed within the pillar, helping preserve:
- Clean architectural lines
- Symmetry of entrance gates
- Visual simplicity
- Premium exterior aesthetics
This makes Epsilon-Pillar particularly suitable for:
- Contemporary homes
- Large gated driveways
- Stone entrance pillars
- Rendered architectural columns
- Premium brick boundary walls
Concealed Parcel Delivery System
At the centre of the system is a secure internal parcel chute mechanism which guides deliveries into the concealed lower chamber within the pillar itself.
The enlarged front opening allows significantly larger deliveries to be deposited than many conventional pillar parcel systems, while the internal anti-theft mechanism helps prevent access to stored deliveries from the external side.
An integrated letterbox is also incorporated into the front plate, eliminating the need for a separate mailbox.
Secure Rear Access
Deliveries are retrieved through the flush rear access door located on the internal side of the pillar.
The rear retrieval door is secured using a robust three-point locking system for enhanced rigidity, improved security and a more substantial closing feel.

Weather Protection & Installation
Both the front chute assembly and rear access door have been engineered with integrated weather protection features.
As with all built-in architectural systems, correct perimeter sealing between the installation frames and surrounding masonry is essential to help ensure long-term weather resistance and installation performance.
