EU Shipping (Including Republic of Ireland)
We’re happy to offer shipping across the European Union, with rates calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.
For customers in the Republic of Ireland and other EU countries:

Prices for customers in the Republic of Ireland and other EU countries are displayed in Euros (EUR)

These prices are automatically converted from our GBP prices using live exchange rates and may vary slightly due to Shopify’s FX buffer

UK VAT (20%) is not charged on EU orders .

As a result, prices shown to EU customers do not include VAT

Local VAT and/or import duties may be charged by Irish customs, regardless of whether you're ordering as a business or an individual

We recommend retaining your invoice and contacting your local tax authority or courier if you need clarification on any charges

Customs and Import Charges
  • Our shipping partners may contact you directly regarding customs duties, local VAT, or import fees due before delivery. Please respond promptly to avoid delays.
  • For pallet deliveries or larger orders, we may contact you to prepare additional customs paperwork to ensure a smooth process.
  • If an order is returned to us due to unpaid import charges, re-delivery fees may apply.
If you’re based outside the EU or don’t see a shipping option for your area, feel free to contact us. We’re happy to provide a custom quote or help you arrange collection with your own courier.
