However, we might not want the postie knocking at all times of the day to make the delivery. So, what’s the solution? We’d suggest that you can’t beat a lockable home parcel box like the recently redesigned Sigma Paco.

The Sigma Paco parcel box is designed for external gate or fence installation. It allows your packages to be delivered without the courier coming up to the front door. Made from robust galvanised steel, its double powder coated in black or anthracite grey to ensure durability in the British weather.

How do Home Parcel Boxes Work?

On the outside of your gate or fence is the face plate. The postie simply lifts the flap and places your boxes onto the shelf. This parcel box can receive packages up to 150mm x 300mm x 400mm. As the flap closes, the shelf tilts and the delivery slides down the chute into the locked hold. The shelf and chute prevent anyone from reaching in to steal your mail. What’s more, it doesn’t matter if you’ve been on a spending spree, as the high-capacity hold can receive multiple packages.

The hold is installed on the back of your gate or fence. Your deliveries are safely held inside until you unlock the rear access door and take out the packages. Each box is supplied with two keys, so you have a spare.

Can You Get Free Standing Parcel Boxes?

If you don’t have a fence or gate bordering your property, there are free standing options for home or business use.

Our range of European-designed, free standing models includes the new Goldcrest, the popular Lovisa and the large Buzzard. You can select whether it is best to locate these by the front door or at the end of your drive. Either way, they include fixing plates in the base to hold them securely in place.
